I really enjoyed my stay at this property , it had everything you could want , the location was excellent , the apartment was very clean and had all the home comforts you could need .It felt very safe The only tiny issue would be that it requires some updating regarding the decor and furnishings , then it would be perfect !

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und einen tollen Ausblick. Die teilweise neuen Möbel lassen einen aber nicht über die in die Jahre gekommenen Bäder und die Küche hinwegsehen. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, da die Wohnung ansonsten genau unseren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.

für Langzeitmieter nicht geeignet
Das Vermietungsteam ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.-auch mit dem Abholen vom Flughafen und die Schlüssel-übergabe hat super geklappt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.Das Wohnzimmer ist vollgestellt mit leeren undteilweise kaputten Möbeln und einer Schlafcouch ,macht einen ungemütlichen Eindruck,die Küche war sehr schlecht ausgestattet, 4 Weingläser,4 Wassergläser (ist aber für 6 Personen ausgelegt) keine Schüssel oder Schälchen für Obstsalatoder oder ähnl. Im Bad sind keinerlei Haken für Handtücher,muß man alles selber kaufen.Für ein Langzeitmieter fehlt sehr viel in der Küche,da man ja nicht jeder Tag Essengehen will.Für kühle Abende fehlt auch eine Heizung,bis November ist das okay. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super.

Meerblick - 40 m zu Promenade und Strand!
Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, den Zustand kann man mit "in Ordnung" beschreiben.
Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, kleinere Renovierungen wären erforderlich (per Mail an Vermieter)!
Dafür ist die Miete für die Lage günstig und entspricht dem Standard der Wohnung!
Herausragend sind die beiden Balkone, einer offen, einer glasumbaut, beide Meerblick.
Und natürlich die Nähe zu Promenade und Strand!
Toller Service durch Pablo!
Denke, wir werden wiederkommen!

Perfekter Relax-Urlaub im Januar
Alles super, tolle Lage. Leider musste der Wohnungsschlüssel im 7 km entfernten Nachbarort abgeholt werden. Darauf hätte im Inserat unbedingt hingewiesen werden müssen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war anfangs nur auf Spanisch, nach Rückfrage auf Englisch. Keine Spülmaschine, kein deutsches Satelliten-TV.
