The place for the ultimate staycation, this 3-bedroom penthouse suite in Wind Residences has a spectacular and breathtaking view of Taal Lake. It is perfect for large groups like families, friends, officemates or even bridal/wedding accommodation (great for photoshoots).

Its modern-rustic theme exudes comfort and homeliness. Very close to tourist attractions such as Skyranch and restaurants. Lots of fun activities for guests (swimming, basketball, tennis).

There are three bedrooms: The master bedroom has a queen-size bed while the two other rooms have one double-size bed.

The rooms can comfortably accommodate six persons but if you specify more than six guests, we will provide up to two additional folding beds for the 7th and 8th guest. In excess of eight persons, the sleeping arrangement/equipment is up to you. Max 12 guests.

This penthouse unit is equipped with the ff:

- HD Cable TV in the living room, master bedroom, and bedroom no. 2. There is no TV in bedroom no. 3.

Guests have access to the clubhouse for a small fee. It has an outdoor leisure pool, indoor lapping pool, basketball court, tennis court, 3 badminton courts, billiards, darts, children's play area. A large field encircled by a partially closed road offers perfect place to run, fly a kite, play frisbee, have a picnic or just about any other activity you can think of.

For the athletically inclined including triathletes, they can swim in the indoor 25m lapping pool, do sprint intervals in a track oval nearby, and of course ride the hilly roads in and around Tagaytay.

On the upper ground floor of the building are commercial establishments. There's a Nail Spa, LBC, laundry service, Ersao (Taiwanese resto), 7-11 convenience store. In the other towers, there's also an Ace Hardware, BDO bank, and Pizza Hut.

About 100m to the right is a Robinson's plaza with a Handyman, grocery store, Starbucks, Shakey's, Razon's and other establishments. A little further down is a McDonald's.

Across the street is a Gerry's Grill and a couple other restos and bars that overlook Taal Lake.

This penthouse suite is also an ideal accommodation for families or friends attending weddings in Tagaytay or even if you are the one getting married! It is centrally located and near many wedding venues such as the following: Caleruega, Tagaytay Wedding Cafe, Clear Water House, Narra Hill, Club Ananda, Alta Veranda de Tibig, Mahogany Place, Casablanca, Pacific Grove, Tagaytay Ridge, Sylvinas Pavilion and more.

Parking is at the clubhouse. P100 per night or P150 for 24-hour multiple entry. Note that it is about 200m away from the condominium. Guests can also park in the front commercial area - first 3 hours are free with validation, but P20 per hour thereafter.
