This modern, fully kitted out property features free private parking, living room/diner, fast Wifi, smart TV, modern kitchen equipped with integrated units and brand new furniture and fittings throughout.

The house is also a short walk from a wide range of restaurants/ amenities located in the town centre just a mile away.

This luxury award-winning design house is full of character colour and charm and set over 2 floors with thermostats to control the gas central heating on each floor.

Kitchen Area
Your fully equipped kitchen has an unusually large amount of cupboard space for lots of food shopping and a cosy American style breakfast bar area and stools. The fully integrated kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, cooking pans, brand new knives, cutlery and kitchenware.

There are two electric ovens, microwave and gas hob, as well as an integrated fridge /freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and toaster etc

Situated downstairs is a ground floor WC.



Living Area
This artist-inspired living area is the perfect place to relax and unwind in a cosy living space after a busy day, equipped with a brand new (purchased Sept 21) Smart TV with Google Chromecast, giving access to your favourite films on Netflix, Amazon Prime and more.

Next to large double doors and onto a private garden, is a large dining area with super comfy high back dining suit and extendable oak table with seating for up to 6 guests; in style and comfort to enjoy your evening!


Master Bedroom (double with ensuite)
Furnished with a standard double sized bed, bedside tables and lamps, this attractive room also has black-out curtains, its own master ensuite with a toilet and shower.


A spacious double wardrobe provides guests with plenty of storage. Outside the window this bedroom overlooks the tree lined walkway (no cars)- a very peaceful room with no road. In addition this room also has a brand new memory foam mattress as we want our guests ultimately to have a good night’s rest!

Bedroom Two (double)
This is one of two bedrooms located to the rear of the house overlooking the private garden and private garages. Again this room overlooks a very quiet access-only road to the back of the house and another great room to have a good night’s sleep! There is a standard double sized bed, bedside tables and lamps and freestanding clothes rack, with black out curtains and a premium newly-installed memory foam mattress.

Bedroom Three (twin)
Situated at the quiet rear of the house (like bedroom two) this twin room comes with large wardrobe and furnished with two single beds, bedside tables and lamps, black out curtains and brand-new memory foam sprung mattresses

Family Bathroom
Bath tub and shower, wash basin, heated towel rail, and toilet with quality soaps and towels provided.

This house benefits from its own fenced private garden with lawn and gate out to parking area and garage at the back.



Parking

Each house in this delightful neighbourhood has a large parking barn (where bins are also stored) with space for one car in the open barn and one and the other parking behind it. There are no parking restrictions in this residential area

Perfect Cottage in Fantastic Area
We had a fantastic time in this lovely cottage in West Malling. The home has several special touches and is very well stocked with anything you might need. We loved the convenience of the dishwasher, the very comfortable beds, spacious kitchen and fast wifi. The area is just beautiful, with country walks, train to London, Waitrose and Asda grocery, and fitness center all within walking distance. There is a kids playground literally steps from the front door and a huge cricket field to run around in nearby. This is a very safe and comfortable spot for a family to enjoy the British countryside with easy trips into London. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating and communicative. 5 enthusiastic stars. X The Platts Family
