About this property

Magnificent Duplex next to the beach of Algarrobo Costa with centralized air conditioning and sea views.

The apartment is distributed over 2 floors facing south-east; On the entrance floor we find a spacious living room with 24 "TV, with access to a terrace with chill-out area and beautiful views. Full kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, combi refrigerator, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster. .. 2 bedrooms (1 main bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a trundle bed, for 3 people in the second room) 2 Complete bathrooms (1 en-suite with bathtub and 1 complete with shower) The hot water heater is by butane gas, to have a constant flow, it has free Wi-Fi, and books in the accommodation.

On the second floor we find a large solarium terrace, with outdoor furniture, table and chairs as well as hammocks, portable barbecue and a water hose and views of the sea and the city.

In the common areas, we find gardens, a community pool with toilets, a multipurpose court (tennis, basketball and football). You can enter through the pedestrian door and through the access to the garage.

It has 1 private underground parking space with access without stairs to the elevator that takes us directly to the floor of the apartment (4th floor, the highest in the building).

Winter Aufenthalt Andalusien

Den Aufenthalt gestalten wir selbst. Die Lage des Appartements war für uns gut. Das Appartement war bei unserer Ankunft nicht ganz sauber. Der Boden war nicht gut geputzt und die Fenster waren ebenfalls nicht sauber. Ein Staubsauger fehlt für uns in der Wohnung. Ein Sonnenschirm auf der Dachterrasse ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns trotzdem in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.
