Three-bedroom contemporary town-house just a short stroll from Westbourne with independent shops, wonderful restaurants, bars and cafes. Jump in the car and you are only 10-minutes' drive to Alum Chine or Bournemouth beaches. Decked balcony garden with comfy seating and outside dining area - a great space for alfresco living.

Entrance hall with utility room and separate cloakroom. Stairs to first floor leading to the open plan living / dining room with doors to a balcony. 50 inch Smart TV and WIFI. Separate fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and coffee machine. Stairs to 2nd floor leading to bedroom (5ft kingsize double) with fitted wardrobes and small TV and sliding doors to the balcony. Bedroom with bunk beds and 40 inch flatscreen wall-mounted TV. Sliding doors to decked balcony garden amongst the conifer pines with both comfortable sofa seating and dining area. Large gas BBQ. Family shower room (large walk-in shower). Stairs to 3rd floor and master bedroom (5ft kingsize bed) with fitted wardrobe and small TV and sliding doors to the balcony. Ensuite bathroom with feature bath and separate walk-in shower.

Parking - Car port for one vehicle and option to park another across front of house. (Car port max height 2.1m / max width 2.45m / length 5m). Further on-street parking, first come-first served.

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Hairdryers.

Technology - WIFI. 50 inch Smart television, DVD player, Xbox games console. 40 inch television in bunk bedroom and smaller TV's in 1st and 2nd bedrooms.
