End unit townhome in a quiet complex, makes it the ultimate retreat to enjoy the serenity of the mountains while still being walkable to everything downtown! You'll never worry about others above or below you. Located right off Main street, you won't need your car to get to restaurants, shopping, or night life. You can park a full size SUV in our garage. Both bedrooms have KING size beds with 640TC EGYPTIAN cotton sheets for a Heavenly night of sleep! Luxury Hygro cotton towels. We have the most comfortable sleeper sofa you'll ever sleep on! Full size King bed with upgraded, comfy mattress. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need: all appliances, glasses, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, mixer, blender, and crockpot. HUGE deck and PRIVATE hot tub! Our extra deep garage will fit a Full size SUV and still have extra room for bikes or gear! Park one additional car outside garage. Humidifiers, fans, CHARGING STATIONS w/ plugs & USB port. We have a pack and play, high chair, and baby monitor, so parents can pack less!

**We’re following CDC and VRBO cleanliness guidelines and have increased our cleaning and sanitation procedures to help prevent community spread of COVID-19. We are now paying extra attention to high-touch surfaces: all kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom surfaces are disinfected. All handles, countertops, tables, knobs, appliances, furniture, fixtures, switches, remote controls, thermostats are cleaned and disinfected. All linens are cleaned between each guest.
You have access to the entire place, including the garage!
Our property managers are available 24/7.
The townhouse is in the Warrior's Mark neighborhood, at the south end of Downtown Breckenridge. It's convenient to walk to everything in town in under 10 minutes.
Pretty much everything you need is walkable, but there is a free shuttle right in front of the complex if you don't feel like walking.

** Please note that grilling is currently not allowed on decks to HOA regulations. The grills must be used outside the garage and must be more than ten feet from the garage wall.

Colorado staycation
Had a perfect weekend at Travis’s place — we had a moose welcoming committee and the hot tub was piping hot to keep us in shape for 4 long snowboarding days. This is a perfect place if you like to cook — the kitchen is far better than any rental we’ve stayed at before — and the beds were so comfortable!! I can’t wait to come back.

Great location, with easy access to Main Street and the beaver run lifts. We have 3 young kiddos so the two bedroom with 2 king beds worked well for us. We will definitely consider this house for future visits.

Excellent location, great built-in amenities!
We stayed for two nights. We wenting skiing both days and boy was the private hot tub a delight! Two king size beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for a family home cooked meal. Owners were attentive and responsive when we were checking in. We would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again!

Wonderful stay close to town
We’ve stayed in Breckenridge many times and had a wonderful visit at this property. It’s an easy walk into town while still being quiet and tucked away. Highly recommended!

What makes this property unique

End unit townhome offers lots of privacy and quietness but so close to all the action of downtown! Spacious, well lit, open-concept floor plan of the upper floor makes it ideal to cook and entertain. Vaulted ceilings allow for a ton of natural light! Both bedrooms have King Size beds and the most comfortable King sleeper sofa you will ever experience in the living room! Extra deep single car garage that will fit full size SUV like Yukon XL or perfect for storing bikes or extra gear, garage is a little less than 21 ft deep!
