Experience unique holidays for all seasons in a traditional, stone-built apartment that date back to 1810. It was artfully restored in 2003, always with respect towards the traditional Cretan architecture.
Specialized architects, decorators and experienced workers created a space that offers our guests privacy, as well as the opportunity to experience relaxing holidays. This place offers a trip back in time, with the simultaneous provision of all modern comforts.

Traditional, independent house (of two in total) in a stone-built villa.

The house has the traditional Cretan layout, where the two bedrooms are "ondas". It has two bathrooms, while the bedrooms are elevated above them. This means that there are stairs to access the bedrooms. Also, the bedrooms are not completely isolated from the rest of the space (they do not have a door, while visual contact is blocked by curtains, and therefore they are not soundproofed). This layout makes the house more like a family home.

You have access to the shared garden with another stone-built seperate house inside the villa.

The pool (which is also shared) is located in a secluded area inside the plot where access is difficult - if not impossible - for very young children (there is a small stone fence and a fence door).

In general, however, although measures have been taken to make the home safe for very young children, basic supervision is required (please see the photos). For the two single bed bedroom, there is already provision for a child door step guard. Also, if you need a baby cot and / or high chair we can provide, just message us before booking (in case they are already provided elsewhere).

If you need a child car seat and do not come with your own vehicle, arrange for its supply with the car rental company.

There is a parking space for your vehicle inside the plot.

This property is at the village of Roustika. Its geographical position allows Roustika to be the perfect spot of accommodation, since it is easy to schedule your daily tours around the Rethymnon prefecture, having even the farthest points of interest on almost equal distances. At the same time, your accommodation is in a peaceful neighborhood, where you can enjoy quietness and privacy.
