Beautiful property, super responsive property management, and just an outstanding location and price for what we got. We had a large group, they had a great time, memorable experience in New Orleans. Building itself is gorgeous - super high ceilings and wooden staircase just really felt like we were on a special home.

Great place to stay in New Orleans. We had 3 cars and were able to street park close to the house. I felt safe and secure at the house. Our stay was short so we didn't get to enjoy the cute oasis of a backyard or hot tub. It is a quaint charming house with comfy beds. We didn't use the kitchen so I have no info there.

Booked this home based on the reviews for my 40th birthday trip with girlfriends in NOLA. Was not disappointed! Graham was a very communicative and gracious host, answering my messages in a timely fashion and allowing us to drop off luggage before check-in and leave luggage in the house after check-out. The house was clean and located in a neighborhood within walking distance to The French Quarter and Frenchman St. as mentioned in the listing. The aesthetic was vibrant and my bed was super comfy! Would definitely book this property again if I needed a place in New Orleans.

Great stay in New Orleans!

My friends and I had a girls trip in New Orleans and had an amazing time at this residence. The space was extremely clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and get ready. We loved the location and had no issues whatsoever with the area or the check in process. I would absolutely recommend this stay!

Stayed here for Mardi Gras

Great spot, especially for a larger group of people. All ten of us had our own bed. It was an easy 25 minute walk to the heart of the French Quarter.

We had a really great stay here overall and look forward to coming back again next year. The location was a huge highlight. It’s within easy walking distance to the French Quarter, which made getting around super convenient without needing to rely on transportation. For those of us who drove in, the ample parking right out front was a big win.The house itself is set up really well for groups. The kitchen is amazing and made it easy to cook meals together. We especially loved having the additional kitchenette space so people could still grab snacks and drinks without getting in the way of whoever was cooking. The living room had plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably, and the number of bathrooms made a big difference for a larger group. The beds and pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable, which made it easy to rest and recharge. And the hot tub was definitely a bonus that people enjoyed.

Great place for a large group. Very clean. Good location for Marigny and Quarter access plus beautiful City Park is right down the road. We had some difficulty checking in as our phone number code didn't work but owner was fortunately easy to reach. Some suggestions for renters: bring mosquito repellent to enjoy outside areas and also, mosquitos will come in if quickly thru doors. We kept flying insect spay on hand. Also, downstairs bathtub is SLICK. I slipped as soon as I stepped in the back end but was able to catch myself. Elderly more likely to take this lower room (stairs are steep) so be warned. Palm trees in back need maintenance.
