A newly built villa that opens for the first time in 2022, Kapodistria Villa combines close proximity to a famous tourist resort with serenity and full privacy.

It measures 120 sq.m. and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms in total. The spacious ground level (which alone measures 65 sq.m.) offers its guests a double sofa-bed, a perfectly equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. This is not all, of course: there is also a bedroom equipped with a double bed. The living room and the bedroom enjoy a direct access to the balcony and the swimming pool. The first floor has two bedrooms, which feature a private bathroom with a shower each! One bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and the other has two single ones that can be combined into a queen-size bed, if you wish.
