150 mt. from the beach. In quiet and green area, only few steps from the supermarket, renovated single villa with new furnishing and big garden.
The villa is composed by large and bright living room with kitchen, one double bedroom, two bedrooms with two beds, one bedroom with bunk bed, double bathrooms.

Lignano è una delle più rinomate località balneari italiane con i suoi 8 km di spiaggia. Famosa per le occasioni di divertimento che animano tutta la stagione. L’ampia presenza di negozi e boutique alla moda la rendono meta una meta privilegiata per lo shopping. Con un offerta di strutture ricettive dotate di servizi pensati ad hoc per le famiglie, un accurata animazione sulla spiaggia parchi tematici e attrazioni per tutti i gusti.
Sulla spiaggia istruttori professionisti organizzano corsi individuali e di gruppo per bambini e ragazzi in numerosi sport acquatici come sup, kayak, vela, wind surf, nuoto e kite.

Check in erst um 18:00 möglich und unfreundliches Personal in der Agentur

Dieses Haus liegt mitten in einem Pinienwald, daher ist ein angenehmes, kühles Klima nur 250 m vom Strand entfernt. Für 8 Personen ideal! Lage ist Top gleich neben einem Supermarkt, Radverleih,… Bei der Buchung war Check in um 11:00, bei der Buchungsbestätigung war Check in um 16:00 - für Nachsaison sehr spät! Das Haus war vor uns nicht bewohnt und wir konnten erst um 18:00 einchecken, da vergessen wurde das Haus zu reinigen. Anstatt einer Entschuldigung schimpfte die Mitarbeiterin nur, dass es ab 16:00 möglich wäre! Das ist uns noch nie passiert in den vielen Jahren, dass wir erst am Abend unsere Unterkunft beziehen konnten! Wir fahren jahrelang nach Lignano, doch leider wurden die Häuser Terra Mare im Hafen letztes Jahr verkauft, daher mussten wir uns auf die Suche nach einem neuen Haus machen, doch bei dieser AgenturMarina waren wir das erste und LETZTE MAL! Diese Unhöflichkeit geht gar nicht! Den Start in den Urlaub stelle ich mir anders vor!

Unterkunft mit super Lage

Ein schönes Haus direkt im Pinienwald. Die Lage ist perfekt, neben an ist gleich ein Supermarkt und der Stand ist auch nur 200m entfernt. Das Haus liegt gut im Schatten aufgrund der vielen Bäumen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und auch gut ausgestattet. Ich kann das Haus absolut empfehlen und wir werden nochmal kommen

Traumvilla in Meernähe

Super ist die Nähe zum Strand, ca. 250 m durch einen Pinienwald. Das Grundstück liegt teilweise im Schatten der Pinien. Das Haus ist mit seinen 4 Schlafzimmeren und einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke und Esstisch für große Familien ( wir waren 8 Leute) bestens geeignet. ein kleiner Supermarkt und Gaststätten sind in unmittelbare Nähe zu Fuss erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man auch gleich in der City von Lignano.
