What a gem!

The apartment in Doune was a wonderful home base for all our exploring. Doune is a lovely village of friendly people. We even got invited by locals to a great concert! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and very quiet. We hope to return!

Doune

Such a lovely village location near Dunblane and Stirling. People were so friendly and welcoming. Lots of little shops to explore and loads of places of interest to explore. Top floor apartment so lovely views of the village but need some stamina to get to the third floor apartment.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Run, don’t walk away from this option. The building was dirty and the unit had no hot water for the entire stay. Property management attempted to get fixed. But didn’t happen until after we checked out early. Furnishings were updated, but very cheap and uncomfortable. The area is beautiful and townspeople are truly lovely. We ended up on the couch of relatives staying nearby and request for even a partial refund was declined.

Spacious flat in Doune

Lovely spacious flat with airy feeling. Great location to get out and about. Good communication with the owner which made checking in easy. No wardrobes or towel rails which made unpacking tricky, but an iron was provided to get out the creases! Would recommend staying here.
