Convenient street parking is available nearby, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
CHECK IN is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am.

Our property is short walk 10-15 minute to York city centre where you will find many tourist attractions, shops, bars, pubs and restaurants. Homestead Park is a beautiful 14-acre garden in Clifton and is great for a picnic and kids play areas. There are many handy local shops and independent businesses just off Burton Stone Lane. Doh in Bootham have great coffee and Italian delicacies. Cakes D'Licious down Bootham (and on route to Homestead Park) is a lovely tearoom for cakes and hot drinks.
Guests will have access to the entire house and back yard.
The living room has ample seating for six people and provides a great social space to relax in. There's a 55'" 4k Smart TV equipped with Netflix and Prime TV for our guests to enjoy, along with a PlayStation 4 and selection of video games.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped for the keen chef. There is an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave for all guests to use.

The separate dining room, together with its large dining suite and sophisticated lighting, makes this the perfect space to host dinner party, or unwind with family and friends over one of our board or card games.

Both double bedrooms each have their own unique styles with built in wardrobes. The spacious master bedroom boasts an oriental vibe with warm colour schemes. The large second bedroom is fun and bright in colour and contains a workstation for those visiting on business. Both bedrooms each have an elegant full-length mirror.

On the ground floor you will find the bathroom with its lovely walk-in shower and to the rear of the property is a private courtyard garden, with elegant outdoor lighting and enough seating for six people to enjoy.

Please note, that although a travel cot is provided, you will need to bring your own travel cot bed linen.

York station is a 20-minute walk or 10 mins in a cab/car. The easiest way to get into York city centre is by walking, which takes about 10-15 minutes. A cab ride should take less than 5 minutes and will cost around £5. Should you need the details of some local companies then please send us a call/message. UBER also has a presence in the city and are a good option if you're familiar with the platform.
