Sleeping four guests, the property is perfectly located for exploring all that York has to offer.
The Space:
Enter St Denys View, take a right, and you’ll be in the spacious living area. Boasting traditional features, the space has plenty of character. The perfect place to relax during your stay, you can unwind on the comfy sofas and enjoy quality time with your loved ones.
The kitchen at St Denys View is a striking space featuring modern appliances so you can prepare meals easily. Here you’ll find cookware, a fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, hob and toaster.
Ideal for socialising, the dining room includes a large wooden table and four matching chairs. Here you can enjoy a hearty home-cooked meal or a delicious takeaway.
The property boasts two tranquil bedrooms. A staircase with gallery landing leads to the master bedroom which features a beautiful super king size wooden sleigh bed with plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have a great night’s sleep. Wake up and pull back the curtains to watch the rising sun light up the church tower opposite St Denys View.
Perfect for children and teenagers, the second bedroom is another spacious space that is home to two single beds. The room is also where you’ll find a French antique wardrobe.
Both bedrooms boast plenty of hangers and ample storage space so you can really make yourself at home at St Denys View.
Head to the family bathroom and you’ll find a bathtub with overhead shower, WC and wash basin. Featuring white, high shine tiles and slate grey flooring, this space is modern and stylish.
Outside you’ll find a walled courtyard with outdoor furniture including a garden table and chairs where you can relax on sunny days and warm evenings. A washing line is also available.
Since May 2024, St Denys View has been on a Green Energy plan with OVO, providing 100% renewable energy sources for electricity and 100% carbon neutral gas.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to St Denys View are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.
One parking permit is provided, allowing for free on-street parking nearby. Pay & display parking is also available nearby.

Placed perfectly half-way between London and Edinburgh, York is a stylish hotspot with more attractions per square mile than any other destination in the UK.
St Denys View is located in York city centre, just around the corner from the vibrant Walmgate and Fossgate where you’ll find some of York’s most popular restaurants, cafes and independent retailers. Major tourist attractions such as York Minster and The Shambles - a cobbled street which is lined with Elizabethan buildings – where you’ll find a mixture of shops and eateries are both within a 10-minute walk from the property. The Castle Museum, Clifford’s Tower and river boats are also a short distance away.
Step outside of the centre and you’ll uncover a haven of woodland and moorland. The beautiful Yorkshire Dales, North York Moors and Wolds are right on the doorstep so you can enjoy long walks in the countryside.
If you fancy venturing further afield, Leeds is easily accessible via the A64. Alternatively, you could hop on the train and be there in around half an hour. Harrogate can also be reached easily by rail in under 40 minutes.
