Enjoying sea views to the west up the Firth and a vantage point over the quaint station where steam engines often chuff through on special services to the Far North of Scotland. You will also see a mural on the walls of the platform buildings, which celebrates Invergordon’s world war history. The mural is one of 17 that make up the "Invergordon off the wall" trail that celebrates local history in a striking way. It’s a popular tourist attraction and one you are sure to enjoy when you visit.

Invergordon is a main port for visiting cruise ships to the Highlands. You’ll go to bed one evening and wake up the next, open the blinds and towering over the town will be a gigantic cruise ship. It’s a real spectacle. The town though hasn’t always been associated with tourism, it was a Royal Navy base through the world wars and up until 1956. The firth around Invergordon has been often described as one of the best natural harbours in the world, hence the cruise ships now. The world war history is featured in many of the 17 murals on the trail.

The property itself is a large, spacious bungalow with great wrap-around enclosed garden, perfect for the family dog(s) to enjoy. Entering Agincourt there’s a vestibule and large hallway with storage for boots and coats. From the hallway to the front of the house there is a large double aspect living room with great views and a large Smart TV if you want to look the other way! The kitchen/dining room is a great space for the family to gather in after days out exploring, and those who enjoy cooking will enjoy this kitchen. There’s a patio door from the dining space onto the decking where the view can be enjoyed at its best. Off of the kitchen space there is a utility room with a door out to the garden. To the rear of the house is the family bathroom and three bedrooms, comprising a double, a twin and a master double with en-suite shower room.
Agincourt is a spacious family holiday home that will suit those with pets that want to explore this brilliant, historic area of Scotland. The NC500 is only a couple of miles away, so you can venture up the north coast and into the interior to see some truly remarkable places.
