Tankerton Townhouse - parking - 150m to beach
Tankerton town house is in the heart of Tankerton, 150m from the beach. The high street has lots of lovely cafe's and bars close by. Whitstable is less than 1 mile away, there is a lovely walk to whitstable along the beach promenade. Bus stop is 2 minute walk from the property and train station is 20 mins walk away.
This property is set out over three floors.
The ground floor has a double bedroom this consists of a double bed, wardrobe, sofa and TV. This room has double doors out to the garden, there is also a shower room and toilet on the ground floor. We have just converted the garage to house a table football game for everyone to enjoy.
The first floor has an open plan kitchen with large lounge and a dining area.
The second floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom there is also a family bathroom that has a bath with shower over it.
Further details outside; There is a parking space to the front of the property for 1 car and street parking outside the property. The garden is a paved area with a table, seating for 6 and a BBQ.
The perfect way to enjoy everything Whitstable has to offer.

Tankerton is 15 minute walk to whitstable but it has a lovely high street with lots of cafes and bars. The house is 150m to the beach, the beach has a life guard in certain areas.

The property has a large dining and sitting area which is perfect for family gatherings or holiday with friends. Also it is very close to all amenities in the high street.
