This property is set out over three floors.
The ground floor has a double bedroom this consists of a double bed, wardrobe, sofa and TV. This room has double doors out to the garden, there is also a shower room and toilet on the ground floor. We have just converted the garage to house a table football game for everyone to enjoy.
The first floor has an open plan kitchen with large lounge and a dining area.
The second floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom there is also a family bathroom that has a bath with shower over it.
Further details outside; There is a parking space to the front of the property for 1 car and street parking outside the property. The garden is a paved area with a table, seating for 6 and a BBQ.

A lovely house for 6 adults. Very comfortable, lovely sun trap garden which we used and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and visit.
Tankerton has plenty of lovely places to eat and drink. The property is super close to the sea and is an easy walk to Whitstable. Really enjoyed our stay.
Great house, fantastic location.Best equipped house I have ever stayed in, clean with plenty of little extras such as coffee pods.Will definitely book again.
Lovely house. Very well equipped. Excellent location close to beach and shops and restaurants. Host very accomadating. Hopefully will book for another stay in the future.
We enjoyed our stay in Tankerton.. The house is in a very good location..Bus stops just around the corner.. Also food convenience stores..etc..
The house was spacious & clean.. perfect..
Lots of dreadful Frying pans which need bining, as does the saucepan with the bottom hanging off, lower bedroom matress needs replacing,could feel springs! And i had to get out the wd40, so that i could open and close the shower door. Plus, There are a lot of places which need a good dust!Apart from that, its central, warm, very comfortable in the lounge, and has in principal all you need. Just needs updating for worn out stuff!....i have to say also, that the owner is very helpful and very accommodating which was a bonus!!
