Beautiful house

We had a very nice time in this Finca. The pool is perfect in size and the house is so clean! The owner is very nice to communicate with. Inside and outside a perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday!

Perfect stay

Finca Loma La Tapia is a beautifully designed high spec villa - inside and out - with everything you could want (except a cheese grater!). The pool and outside area is spectacular. The steps into the pool are perfect for the elderly or disabled. And it has a proper deep end. The three bathrooms are wonderful - two having walk in showers. Competa is a very pretty town and the finca is a 25 minute drive to some of the most beautiful natural beaches in Europe. Our stay was literally faultless.

We have been going to competa for over 25 years sometimes twice a year. This is the best villa with the best view that we have stayed in. The television was left with German speaking but a tv guy was there within an hour and sorted it for us. I have a mobility problem over the last few years and this was the first pool since then that I was able to get in and out of. The villa and the pool are spotless. Thank you Sergio for the cherries and the blue jug - a surprise winging your way! Book this villa if you can. Best regards Gilly

Wunderbarer Ort zum Erholen

Wir hatten von Anfang an Kontakt zum Vermieter und wurden an einem Treffpunkt in Empfang genommen. So konnten wir sofort zum Haus fahren, ohne groß zu suchen. Angekommen sind wir nochmal herzlich begrüßt worden und es wurde alles gezeigt. Die Aufteilung des Haus ist gut überlegt. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht an Utensilien. Wir hatten sogar ein kleines Starterpaket (Wurst, Käse, Brot, Wasser, Obst, etc.). Der Außenbereich ist unser Highlight gewesen. Wunderschön angelegt, ein sehr toller großer Pool, und prima Sitzmöglichkeiten (Sonnenliegen, Gartenlounge oder Essbereich), aber auch die Pflanzen. Der Pool ist groß und ab der Mitte wird er tief bis ca. 2 m. Das Wasser ist angenehm von der Temperatur, nicht zu kalt für uns. Wenn Fragen waren, dann war sofort jemand zur Verfügung. Das Haus liegt mitten in den Bergen, mit super Ausblick in die Umgebung. Hier hat man seine Ruhe und kann mal entspannen. Vielen Dank für wunderschöne 14 Tage in diesem tollen Haus. Danke somit an Sergio Fernandez, Josh, dem Mann der die Außenanlage und Pool pflegt und den Rest des Team. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
