extremurlaub

unser aufendhalt dauerte 90 sekunden.befahren des grundstücks auch zum be und entladen verboten!der angegebene parkplatz 100m außerhalb,unbefestigt,für jeden zugänglich.unsere hunde sollten wir an betonpfeilern anbinden,in der prallen sonne!die hecke vom dem haus als sicht und sonnenschutz gibt es nicht mehr! ist das urlaub ?????

De beschrijving van het huisje op de site geeft wat ons betreft niet de situatie weer zoals die in wekelijkheid is. Ten eerste wordt er gesproken over een kitchenette. De werkelijkheid is dat er een koelkast en fornuis in de hal direct achter de voordeur staan en is er een aanrecht met gootsteen (zonder kraan!!!!!) in de woonkamer. Water moet je dus tappen in een kan in de badkamer. Verder staan er in het huisje veel kasten die je niet nodig hebt dat maakt het toch al niet al te ruime huisje nog kleiner. Daarnaast moet gemeld worden dat de eigenaresse €3 per nacht vraagt voor een (nauwe) parkeerplaats op het terrein. Ook presenteerde de eigenaresse ons een rekening voor de schoonmaak die wij reeds bij de boeking bij Belvilla betaald hadden. Het huisje maakte op ons een armoedige indruk en is aan een grondige renovatie toe, Het gaat daarbij niet om luxe maar een kraan bij de gootsteen is toch wel het minste wat je mag verwachten.

Im Nachhinein stellen wir fest ,das wir die Endreinigung zwei mal bezahlt haben .Wir bekamen ein Zettel vorgelegt für,Kurtaxe ,Heizung ,Endreinigung und Garage.Hätte ich mal den Zettel ,mit dem Empfang des Geldes unterschreiben lassen .Dann hätte ich einen Beleg. Da ein Handschlag ,für einen Vertrag auch ausreicht, ist der doch Rechtens. .Für die Rückforderung mach ich kein Fass auf .

Wir wurden warm und freundlich empfangen. Das Häuschen ist klein und knuffig. Le ...

Wir wurden warm und freundlich empfangen. Das Häuschen ist klein und knuffig. Leider fehlt bei den Sitzgelegenheiten im Aufenthaltsraum ein wenig die Gemütlichkeit. Dies gleicht aber der große Garten mit den bereitstehenden Sitzgelegenheiten wieder aus. Auch unser großer Hund durfte im Garten frei laufen. Gleich am Haus beginnen die Wanderwege. Wir waren viel unterwegs, oder haben das schöne Wetter im Garten genossen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
