About this property

House Eddy is located on a spacious plot on a slope under huge trees in the Limbach Valley.
Güntersberge is a recognized local recreation area. Quiet and idyllic location. A place to relax.
An ideal place for your dog to go on great hikes with owners and mistress without meeting many people. The walk through the forest and meadows starts right at the door. A so-called insider tip in the Harz. The Limbach Valley is a piece of untouched nature. If you leave your shoes outside at night, a fox will surely stop by and take them with you. You will usually find him again. Sometimes another shoe is brought along. Here you are not in the middle of it. If you look out of the window you will see a beautiful nature with its inhabitants from the squirrel to the robin or acorn.
Our house has a terrace. Equipped with grill and patio furniture.
Eddy is also in the center of the Eastern Harz. From here you can be in places of history and myth in 15-20 minutes by car. Nearby are 2 cities that belong to the World Heritage. Stolberg and Quedlinburg. The legendary witch dance place with the Roßtrappe, Barbarossa monument, castles and palaces. The longest suspension bridge in the world. So it can't be boring for you. Of course, our Harz is great for sports enthusiasts. Whether by bike on the street or off-road. The mountain lake is ideal for swimming, boating or fishing. Simply great. Hiking or looking for mushrooms. Everything is possible.

Verstecktes Häuschen

Wir haben unsere Zeit in Güntersberge sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus war mit allen ausgestattet was man für eine Urlaub zu zweit braucht.Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe war ganz unkompliziert. Die überdachte Terasse haben wir viel genutzt und toll fanden wir auch den Stellplatz im Carport. Den Badesee und die Eismanufaktur, ganz in unserer Nähe, haben wir täglich besucht. Es gibt viele sehr schöne Wanderwege in und um Güntersberge. Zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant im Harz Hotel, wir haben dort sehr gut gegessen.

Bei Ankunft mussten wir feststellen das die Hütte nicht wie auf den Bildern beschrieben von Bäumen umgeben ist. Man hat mehrere direkte Nachbarn, sodass man direkt auf dem Presentierteller saß. Die Küche ist kleiner und eine andere als auf den Fotos, keine Arbeitsflächen vorhanden und keine Möglichkeit Geschirrtücher aufzuhängen. Keine Dunstabzugshaube, sodass der Rauchmrlder der auf dem Schrank liegt, anging.. Keine Garderobe vorhanden. Kein Schrank im Wohnzimmer vorhanden. Und ein Pelletofen der Lärm macht. Im Schlafzimmer fiel uns die Gardinenstange auf den Kopf, da diese bewusst lose auf die Halterung gelegt wurde. Fehlende Teile davon lagen im Schrank. angeblich wusste man davon nichts. Nach Absprache wurde uns lediglich angebiteb die Kurtaxe nicht zahlen zu müssen. Das waren 1,50€/tag und person. Lachhaft. Keine Reparatur oder sonstiges hat stattgefunden. Man hat sich dann einfach nicht mehr gemeldet. Und das für fast 100€/Nacht.. unfassbar! Für diesen Preis darf man mehr erwarten. Für uns definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Perfekte Basis für Tagestouren

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für ein Heim auf Zeit braucht. Wir sind von hier zu Tagestouren in den Harz aufgebrochen und hatten dank des Pellets- Ofen immer einen warmen Empfang. Das Bett ist für Personen über 1.80m etwas zu klein. Das Badezimmer und die Küche sind frisch renoviert.

Ruhe pur....

Einfach mal die Ruhe genießen.. für einen Urlaub zu zweit perfekt eingerichtet.. Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit..modernes Bad...und sehr netter Support..immer wieder gerne..einzig die Anreise, bitte die richtige Zieladresse angeben..
