The farmhouse features a thoughtfully designed upper-floor layout, including two gallery bedrooms, one with a mix of single and double beds and a TV, and another with a double bed and dining space. A fully equipped open kitchen includes an induction hob, boiling water tap, coffee machine, and fridge-freezer. Two modern bathrooms, both with showers and bidets, ensure comfort for all. Guests can also enjoy access to a large shared swimming pool (16 x 8 m, open May–September), a garden with play equipment, a barbecue area, and ample parking.

Surrounding attractions include the Leaning Tower of Pisa, a global icon just 30 minutes away, and the Renaissance wonders of Florence, just over an hour’s drive. Nature lovers can visit the beaches of Tirrenia (15 km) or go horseback riding nearby.
