Discover the charm of past times in this typical Tuscan country house near Castiglion Fiorentino. Lots of space on half a hectare of land, wood cooking and the old grain mill make the house the ultimate Tuscan experience for families with children or a group of friends!

The house is located just outside of Castiglion Fiorentino, a typical Tuscan village with an almost completely preserved wall. The historical museum houses beautiful archaeological finds from the history of the Val di Chio. Arezzo, which is well worth seeing, is only 22 km north and Lake Trasimeno is also only 30 minutes by car.

The kitchen is equipped with all kitchen utensils and a combi oven. The special thing here is the AGA stove which is fired with wood, a real rarity for western tourists! The accommodation is heated with 2 wood stoves and 3 electric stoves. Please note that separated rubbish is collected in rubbish containers at various points in the Val di Chio valley on the main road and that parking next to the loggia is not allowed.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 23 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Leuke plek, aardige buren, schattig huisje. Verdient update aan genoemde faciliteiten en onderhoud. Heerlijke tijd gehad met gezin. Leuk plaatsje Castiglion fiorentino. Centraal tussen Arezzo (0,5 uur) en Cortona (0,5uur) rijden.

Nettes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Mängeln

- Sehr abgeschieden und ruhig, was wir gesucht haben. Nachbarn sind nette, ältere Leute, die aber immer Besuch hatten von mehrere Leuten (bis auf einmal die Party der Nachbaren mit über 10 Autos vor dem Haus), ansonsten immer 2 - 4 - Ausstattung war in Ordnung - Kommunikation Vermieter nur auf italienisch, Unverständnis, dass WIR kein italienisch sprechen… Nachbarn sprechen englisch und französisch. - Klospülung hatte kaum Wasser und hat daher nur bedingt funktioniert
