Luxury 3 Bedroom Villa - Praia Del Rey With Large Private Heated Pool Near Beach

Villa Chloe is located within the luxury Country Club resort of Praia D'el Rey. The resort sits atop the fabulous Atlantic Ocean with the most amazing beach and ocean views and is set in the pine trees. The resort offers two of Portugal's premier golf courses (voted the 9th best golfing resort in Continental Europe 2018/2019 and Westcliff golf course accolades are even better). The villa is in a quiet part of the resort and in a great location. It is only 5 mins walk from the clubhouse and tennis centre and 3 mins drive or 10 mins walk from the beautiful private long sandy beach.
Villa Chloe is decorated and furnished to a high standard. It has 3 large bedrooms, with the master bedroom on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. There is a large family bathroom with bath, shower and bidet on the first floor and the third bedroom with twin beds is also on the first floor. The second bedroom on the ground floor has an en suite with a bath, shower and bidet. The living room has a large 'L' shaped sofa which provides ample space for 6 people, french doors leading out to a fabulous garden room and a separate dining room which also has french doors leading out to the garden. This is a family orientated space with flat screen TV, free WiFi, Playstation with games library and DVD with DVD library. The kitchen is well equipped with a granite work top and has all the appliances that you would want including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine.
Outside the covered seating areas lead onto a secluded and pretty garden with a large heated pool (approx 10 X 5 metres and pool heating costs an additional £160 per week) and brick built BBQ.
Bed linen and inside towels are provided

Villa Chloe is like a second home to us and it has been furnished to a high standard to reflect this.
In the past we have spent time in the Algarve, but just one trip to PDR showed us what a gem this place is. In our opinion the golf course at PDR is better than any in the Algarve. There is much more to do in the surrounding area, the weather is more suited to outdoor activities and the food is better and cheaper. It was a very simple decision for us to buy here!

Voted the 9th best golf resort in Continental Europe 2018/2019 the golf course in Praia D'el Rey is a real gem, it is a links type course with fantastic views of the ocean especially on the back 9....just so enjoyable to play and a great test of golf. NEW 2107 WEST CLIFFS GOLF COURSE. This the the sister course to Praia Del Rey and is located about 8 minutes drive from the villa. It has already been voted no 20 best course in intercontinental Europe . There are 2 other championship golf courses, Bom Sucesso 15 mins drive and the newly opened Royal Obidos 10 mins drive away.
We love Praia D'el Rey because of the range of things to do in the area. There are beautiful Atlantic sandy beaches nearby all along the coast ,to explore, swim, surf or just walk along. Also historical walled towns to visit including the world heritage medieval walled town of Obidos.

What makes this property unique
Large warm heated pool in lovely private location on the resort, being only 5 mins walk to the golf clubhouse with bar and restaurant and practice facilities. The villa has a lovely garden room to relax in and it is close to the beach and 5* Marriott Hotel with a lovely SPA and health club. There is also free WiFi in the villa.
