Its only 5 km from Lourinha, the nearest major town, and 1 km from Porto Dinheiro, the nearest beach and restaurants that are open all year round . Belle maison bien équipée, souhaitait. Climat excellent, fraîcheur matin et soir. Commerce proche, de bon petit restaurant. Sa position est parfaite pas mal de visite aux alentours pratiquement tout à 1h ( l’aéroport,Lisbonne, Cristo Rei,Fátima,Nazaré etc..)

Bonjour Nous avons loué cette villa selon les critères suivant qui sont : - Climatisation - Piscine - Villa pour 9 Hormis le fait de n’avoir aucune notice ni la localisation des commande de clim par exemple, je doit vous faire remonter les éléments suivants : - La climatisation ne marchait pas. Je n’ai donc pas pu dormir à cause de la chaleur toutes les nuits pour lesquelles nous étions sur place. Nous avons appelé la propriétaire, et la seule réponse était « elles marchaient en juin je ne comprends pas. De toute les manières la société qui s’occupe de mon logement n’est pas satisfaisante ». sincèrement je m’en fiche. J’ai un contrat avec la propriétaire de la maison pas avec la société. - Pour la piscine qui soit disant est automatique, au bout du premier jour l’eau est devenu complètement trouble. Adieu le dauphin si magnifique sur la photo. - La villa est effectivement faite pour 9 dans le volume de la maison, ….. mais pas dans le volume du cumulus. En effet, après la douche plus d’eau chaude. Je regrette mais par temps de forte chaleur, je prends au minimum deux douches. Au final, cette maison qui est si magnifique en photo m’a donné beaucoup d’insatisfaction. Je ne fait pas cet avis pour me faire rembourser quoi que ce soit (quoi que je serai en mesure de le faire car il y a tromperie sur l’annonce), mais pour que vous ABRITEL fassiez le nécessaire pour vérifier les biens que vous mettez sur votre site. The house is large and spacious. Very clean and we found the electric shutters good for both security and blocking out the early morning sunlight. Victoria the hostess was very helpful. A great swimming pool and patio area. Unfortunately only one ring on the hob was working and the house is in Santa Barbara which means you must have a car as there are no amenities within walking distance.. Overall a good holiday.

Excelente casa

A casa é excelente. Diria até que supera as fotografias. A cozinha é ainda maior do que as fotografias demonstram e inclui um sofá de 2 lugares. As duas suites do 1° andar são muito espaçosas. A casa tem também dois paátios laterais grandes (consegue-se estacionar à vontade 5-6 carros.) São excelentes para as crianças brincarem. O Jardim da frente está muito bem cuidado. A piscina é boa, bem mantida e a cobertura permite abrigar do vento e ajuda a manter a temperatura da água entreis 26 e 28°C. A cobertura também ajuda a evitar acidentes com crianças na piscina. A cozinha estava bem equipado com tudo o que é necessário para cozinhar. Nota-se que há cuidado na manutenção da casa. A Vitória foi uma excelente anfitriã. Muito simpática, colocou-se à disposição para o que fosse necessário. Durante a estadia foi muito fácil comunicar com ela e prontamente resolveu um ou outro pormenor que lhe apresentamos. O único ponto menos positivo da estadia teve a ver com algo que não dá para controlar, o tempo! A zona é ventosa e como apanhamos o sol muito encoberto tornava-se fresco. Mas quando o sol descobria era bem quente e o vento nessa altura sabia bem. Só nos últimos 4 dias é que apanhamos um tempo soalheiro. Regra geral foram umas férias muito boas, a casa é uma das melhores onde já estive e uma excelente anfitriã. Recomendo e tenho vontade de regressar!

La maison est identique aux photos présentées.Elle est spacieuse,confortable...La piscine est superbe et si vous avez des petits enfants pas de problème, les arceaux se referment ce qui permet une réelle sécurité. Victoria nous a reçu très chaleureusement et je la remercie,malgré quelques petits soucis matériel indépendant de sa volonté, elle a été très réactive , tout c'est arrangé et tout c'est passé pour le mieux.Nous avons pu passer avec ma famille un agréable séjour, je recommande cette location.
