Located in a small hamlet in a rural area on a hillside, this wonderful villa benefits from marvellous countryside views. This recent all ground floor villa has a comfortable living room, a dining area, french windows to the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are three bedrooms, one en-suite shower room and a further bathroom. Outside the garden has pretty flowers beds, and next to the pool there is a porch with comfortable chairs and a dining table near a built-in barbecue, perfect for a alfresco dining. All this in a complete privacy.

Obidos and surfing

We loved it here. The pool is great. Big and deep enough to swim in. an outdoor grill area makes BBQs easy. Beautiful villa and garden. 25 mins drive to Peniche for surfing. 10 mins to Obidos. Joao met us and was helpful showing us the villa and recommended attractions nearby. Thank you.

Our wonderful vacation, near Obidos

Perfect location to spend your vacation! Obidos is reachable by car in less than 15 min.. The laguna of Obidos / the beaches of Foz do Arelho are not so far away (by car approx. 25 min.). The house is full equipped with all what you wish and need. The house as well the private pool is very nice. The house is very silent located! The communication with the owner of the house, Paulo, was likeable and very helpful at all the time. All in all, it’s really a very nice place to relax and to enjoy your vacation. The house as well of course the whole location is highly recommended!

Multi-generational summer stay

We had a lovely time. The property was if anything, better than the photos and description. Very homely and well equipped. Lovely pool area, and outdoor kitchen/ dining area. Useful to have WC and shower out there. Shade and sun available at all times. Despite the sun shining every day of our 2 week stay, the house stayed cool. Friendly, helpful host. We enjoyed evening trips into nearby Obidos and visited lots of beaches (all approx 30 mins drive). All were clean and beautiful. Dino park 20 mins away was a bonus and a big hit! A lovely property in a lovely location. Great family holiday.

Nice house but wrong time of year to stay

March was not a great time of year to stay (our choice) and we hadn't appreciated how cold it could be. Unfortunately the house was particularly cold and the owner wasn't keen on us using the gas heating. So we were pretty much cold the whole time we were there, particularly the kitchen with no radiator. I found the beds very uncomfortable, and on our last day (a raging storm) the WiFi stopped working. I'm sure it will be a delight in the summer, however

Regarding the central heating, it was at your disposal, as well as other means of heating.. I have a hard time understanding your comments. I hope you have better luck with the weather next time!

Sejour au calme dans une villa agréable

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus

Das Haus liegt 10 Minuten oberhalb von Obidos in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Soweit alles notwendige da. Großes Grundstück, toller Pool, klasse Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Joao war sehr nett. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
