Tuvimos una familia salir de la casa justo un día antes de sus propias vacaciones, pero, dada la proximidad de la laguna esto a veces las condiciones de alta humedad dentro de los armarios cerrados - vamos a tratar de garantizar puertas de los armarios permanecen abiertas para el futuro. Espero que toda la familia disfrute del resto de su verano, y gracias de nuevo por su reserva. Many thanks for your nice review and so pleased you all had a lovely stay on the Obidos Lagoon. We did have a family leave the house just a day before your own vacation, but, given the close proximity of the lagoon this sometimes quite high-humidity conditions inside closed cupboards - we will try to ensure cupboard doors remain open for the future. Merci pour votre commentaire, Emilie, Nous ne pouvons pas comprendre comment le lit de la chambre a été cassé - avec le poteau métallique du lit complètement cisaillé par une force pour provoquer la fracture des joints soudés... ni comment la porte du lave-vaisselle a été configurée pour empêcher sa fermeture. Cela ne s'est jamais produit auparavant. La lumière extérieure était un simple changement d'ampoule. Nous sommes actuellement chez nous et nous confirmons que la porte de la douche n'est PAS cassée. Nous devons profiter de cette occasion pour dire que nos voisins ont tous déclaré que des bruits forts provenaient de l'intérieur de la maison pendant votre séjour et celui de votre famille - même des chambres à coucher & le soir avec vos enfants plus âgés... et signalent que les "garçons" se sont fait gronder pour avoir donné des coups de pied dans les panneaux de services extérieurs de notre maison, et qu'ils ont été vus en train de jeter des serpillières et des objets du balcon supérieur dans la piscine pour un "jeu". Pas bon... Notre maison n'a jamais été signalé comme "moisi" et nous recevons régulièrement 4-5 étoiles commentaires de toutes sortes de familles de séjour - avec beaucoup de réservation des séjours de retour avec nous ! Heureux que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour à Obidos Lagoon.

Olá Ana, Foi tão bom ouvir que todos gostaram da vossa estadia na nossa casa e que se divertiram muito na Lagoa de Óbidos. Desculpem se disseram que alguns pratos estavam sujos - esta é a primeira vez em 13 anos que alguém ficou desapontado com a limpeza - por isso vamos procurar isto ainda mais no futuro. Na Home Page da Propriedade de 'HomeAway' temos apenas uma caixa como opção para descrever a instalação de 'TV' na casa; esta caixa é auto-intitulada "Satelite / Cabo" - não a colocámos lá. Dissemos no texto da caixa que temos uma televisão inteligente ligada ao nosso (rápido) WiFi. Portanto - não sentimos que confundimos ninguém - fizemos o nosso melhor para confirmar exactamente o que temos. Lamentamos se os seus filhos não nos divertimos suficientemente desta forma - mas esperamos que se tenham divertido bem na piscina e nas praias próximas. Esperamos que todos continuem a desfrutar do vosso Verão - e desejamos que todos se mantenham seguros, e agradecemos-vos mais uma vez por serem nossos convidados de casa. Hi Ana, So nice to hear you all enjoyed your stay at our house and had a lovely time around the Obidos Lagoon. Sorry if you said some dishes were dirty - this is the first time in 13 years anyone has been disappointed in the cleanliness - so we will look for this in the future even more. On the Home Page of the Property from 'HomeAway' we only have one box as an option to describe the 'TV' set-up in the house; this box is self titled "Satellite / Cable" - we did not put that there. We DID say in the box text that we have a Smart TV connected to our (fast) WiFi. So - we do not feel we confused anyone - we did our best to confirm exactly what we have. We are sorry if your children we not entertained sufficiently in this way - but hopefully they had a nice time in the pool and on the nearby beaches. Hope you all continue to enjoy your summer - and we wish you all to stay safe, and thank you again for being our house guests.
