We had a fantastic stay in this amazing property. The house was well equipped, well proportioned, and really well positioned for exploring the small town, lagoon and beach as well as nearby Obidos and vineyards. We found lots of great places to eat nearby, a lovely running route along the lagoon to the south, and loved spending time in the house and the pool.

This is our second year at this magnificent villa--the pictures do not do it justice, nor can they capture the warmth and genuine hospitality we continued to experience from both our host and the property manager--communication with them both is excellent and easy. The property is perfectly located for easy day trips though we loved just having coffee overlooking the lagoon and cooking together in this well equipped kitchen--and the pool is gorgeous--sparkling and so well cared for! We so hope to return again next year--thank you for more truly wonderful memories as a family in this beautiful place!

Great place to stay

We have had a great vacation at the villa in Foz do Arelho. Everything has been just as expected and as presented in the ad. We spent lots of time by the pool or on one of the balconies watching the great view. António was really helping out with all questions we had before the trip and Isabel did everything for us when we were there. Thank you so much for getting the opportunity to stay in the house, we highly recommend it.

Foz do Arelho

This property was great for our family holiday! Plenty of room for 6 adults. Walking distance to the village, beach and lagoon. Beautiful pool with views over the lagoon. A couple of things we would have found useful would have been a starter food pack( bread, milk, water etc) and an information pack with restaurant recommendations etc. A thoroughly enjoyable 10 days holiday!

Amazing villa - breathtaking views

We stayed 1 week in the villa and it was without doubt the nicest holiday villa we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in many!! Spacious, clean, well laid it with everything you could ask for on hand. The views are truly amazing. It’s a peaceful location but is close enough to walk to the lagoon or the town for shops /restaurants. We were blessed with an amazing week of sunshine, so had good use of the pool and beach. Would recommend this villa without hesitation.

Family reunion

A great week staying in this amazing house- a perfect venue for our family and friends. Such stunning views across the lagoon to the sea. No need to go far as everything is on the doorstep or already in the house! We sailed, swam in the sea and pool and watched football in the local bar. The check in/ out was very smooth and personable. We really hope to come back next year. Thank you!

Incredible villa in a perfect location

A beautiful villa with fantastic views from all rooms. Even in the bathrooms your windows will be overlooking ocean or the lagoon. The villa is huge! Together with the infinity pool you'll get the luxury experience. We stayed end of may so the mornings and evenings where cold but the glass conservatory (glass kitchen extension) was great to chill out, warm and with great views. The location of the villa is great, short walk to the village where you can find cafes and grocery shops. We drove to the beach as we were with kids but you can easly walk (15 min or so). The beach is beatufull, the lagoon great for kids to play. There are a few beach bars as well and free carpark which is handy. Overall one of the best places we stayed! I can highly recommend it.

A Perfect Stay with Stunning Views and Warm Hospitality

Our family spent 7 days in this villa, and we are so happy we chose this place. The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning — the photos don’t even capture half of how beautiful it truly is in person.The house itself was spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, with great attention paid to both style and comfort. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen felt like the true heart of the home — fully equipped with everything we needed, and somehow we all naturally gathered there.The terrace was well thought out, with closable windows for windy days, and there’s also a great sunbathing area with a pool that we really enjoyed.Huge thanks to the welcoming host Antonio— communication was easy and pleasant throughout our stay. Gorgeous villa and views

The villa is ideal with plenty of space, amazing views of the lagoon. The only downside with a one year old was the open railing but we managed this fine. Everywhere was immaculate. My only feedback would be a bit more of an in depth guide in the house book. The automatic gate broke during our stay and this was fixed extremely swiftly, I really couldn’t fault Isabel on her manner and organisation.
