A " villa" with a rare, huge private garden, hidden between Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Zattere, in rio Terá S.Vio.
The property is spacious, on two floors, and is composed by 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a 4th bedroom available, two livingrooms and a small balcony.
Airco, fiber, satellite tv. Fully equipped ( also with ice machine and Nespresso coffe maker). Please ask for more pictures before booking.

Merveilleux séjour

Maison parfaitement adaptée pour un sejour de 8 adultes à l'intérieur (4 grandes chambres avec lits doubles et 3 salles de bain , cuisine et séjour équipés pour 8) et à l'extérieur (table de jardin et sièges pour 8) merveilleusement située dans le Dorsoduro, quartier le plus agréable de Venise, propreté impeccable, très bien équipée, décoration sobre et chic de très bon goût, avec d'anciens meubles vénitiens et du mobilier contemporain, excellent accueil, très calme , jardin d'exception. Bref une merveille ...
