You'll be only a 5 minutes' drive from the stunning seaside resort Torre Santa Sabina with a golden sandy beach and calm waters. For an authentic experience visit Carovigno a 10 minutes' drive away with traditional trattorias and quaint coffe shops. The villa has a separate annexe with a double bedroom and its very own shower room, perfect for those wanting their own space. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and kitchen are included.

Villa Adriatica is a detached property set in extensive grounds. Less than 5 minutes' drive takes you to Torre Santa Sabina. Well known for its soft white sandy beach and calm waters, great for snorkelling, you can walk along the smoothed rocky shore front and admire the views. The resort centre is filled with traditional restaurants, boutique shops and cafes. A 10 minute drive away int he opposite direction is the traditional town of Carovigno. Explore the characteristic white limestone buildings and plenty of authentic spots for a coffee or lunch in one of the many trattorias
