Beautiful detached house in an oasis of calm, close to beach and sea.

Wonderfully quiet location among the countryside and close to Dishoek beach. Large sunny private garden, spacious terrace with French doors.
Equipped with a private driveway and ample parking space. The house is conveniently located 1 km from the village of Koudekerke.
The towns of Middelburg, Vlissingen and the village of Zoutelande are at a distance of about 5 km,.
Well located to start your cycling trips, many free cycle paths in the neighbourhood and you can place your bike indoors with us.
The house was built in 2021, comfortable and well insulated, equipped with central heating, living room, kitchen, large bedroom and luxury bathroom are all located on the ground floor.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr herzlichen GastgebernWir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Eigentümer wohnen direkt nebenan, sind jedoch äußerst diskret, sodass man die Privatsphäre jederzeit genießen kann.Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Da wir ungern von Hand abwaschen, hatten wir vorsorglich eine kleine mobile Spülmaschine dabei, die wir zuvor günstig über eBay erworben hatten.Die Lage ist hervorragend. Kleinere Einkäufe lassen sich bequem und schnell mit dem Fahrrad erledigen. Besonders praktisch ist der Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus, der sogar über einen Stromanschluss zum Laden von E-Bikes verfügt.Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Spitzboden ist etwas niedrig. Mit einer Körpergröße von 1,78 m musste ich mich beim Ein- und Aussteigen aus dem Bett etwas bücken. Für uns war das jedoch kein größeres Problem.Ausflüge nach Vlissingen und Middelburg können wir sehr empfehlen. Vor allem Middelburg hat uns mit seinem besonderen Charme begeistert.Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber für den angenehmen Aufenthalt – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Für uns beide war dieses Haus perfekt. Wirklich ruhige Lage, sehr nette Vermieterin, bequemes Sofa, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Lademöglichkeit und Möglichkeit zum Festschließen für E-Bikes am Unterstellplatz ist bereits vorhanden. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Alles in allem ein tolles Gesamtpaket.
