Nicoletta is a super host! She went out of her way I to help us before and during our stay! The apartment is conveniently located near Il Campo. It was very clean. I would stay there again.

Wonderful 5 nights in Siena

Location and apartment were fantastic. Nicoletta was so helpful with checking in, as we navigated a public transit strike on arrival day. Our stay was perfect and we hope to visit again in the future.

We have really enjoyed our week in Siena in Nicoletta's excellent apartment. This location is good for seeing all of Siena and the Tuscan countryside around.(Car hire from Europcar was very good - just a short taxi ride away or pleasant 25-30 mins walk.)The apartment very clean, comfortable and well equipped, and convenient for the Piazza del.Campo (yet far enough to not hear any busy noise there), for local shops (Conad, Pam local, gelateria, dry-cleaners, etc.) and some very good restaurants on the same an the next street.Thank you Nicoletta for your welcome and all your help. We hope to return to Sienna in the future ... and to this apartment

Beautiful Siena Apartment

Nicoletta was an amazing host. We stayed in Siena for Palio and it was the perfect location. Close enough to the main square but far enough to still have some peace. Her place is beautiful with lots of space and a home feel. We survived without the A/C because the location and the character of the apartment was worth it! I’d recommend this rental and would easily come back.

What an experience!!

Amazing location for inner Siena and especially for the Palio! Bring your earphones for sleep however as the revelry goes deep into the night and windows need to be open due to temps. The location was exactly as described, extremely clean! Nicoletta was excellent with communication and assistance throughout our stay. Comfy beds and beautifully appointed apartment. We did not cook there but the kitchen was well equipped should you choose. Had wine a couple of nights in the cellar as a family so that was a nice touch. Close to many restaurants and shops as well as the campo. Definitely recommend

Palio Apartment

The property was clean and had all the amenities needed for a lengthy stay. The location was outstanding. It is a 4 minute walk to the Campo. The host was very nice and met at the apartment when we arrived. The wifi works but slows down when too many devices are on it. The is no central air formthe hot days of summer vut there are fans that make sleeping comfortable.
