The living area is open-plan and comprises of a kitchen, dining and sitting area with electric stove. The heating is electric storage heaters and the kitchen houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. For entertainment there is a TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel and power are included. To the outside is a shared garden with lawn, gravelled area and furniture, along with shared parking for two cars. Two pets are welcome at a £25 fee however smoking is not permitted. 1.4 miles to a shop, 0.4 miles to a pub and beach.
