This is a great place for contractors working in the area or large groups to relax whilst enjoying what Sheffield has to offer whether it be a night at the theatre, enjoying the arts or visiting the Peak District approximately 25 minutes away. A home away from home.

Positioned in a convenient location which is close to Sheffield City Centre, train station, Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield Hallamshire Hospital and Sheffield United Football Club. Sheffield offers fantastic transport links making quick and easy to access all areas.


The accommodation briefly comprises of the modern lounge with smart TV, dining room with large dining table and chairs ensuring that everyone can enjoy a meal together and experience a great co living experience. The kitchen is fully equipped at the rear with access to an enclosed yard.

Up the stairs to the first floor are two good sized double bedrooms, a single bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower.

Another flight of stairs takes you up to the second floor loft conversion, another two large double bedrooms with velux window. Separate Toilet and sink.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO POOL TABLE IN THE PROPERTY

Great for a family or multiple families!

The pictures make it look newer than it is. It needs some flooring work done. The floors were very uneven. Beds were comfortable. Mold in the tub needs to be taken care of.
