On arrival we identified 3 issues. The rubbish bins outside were overflowing and had not been emptied. The bathroom shower was temperaments and temperatures close to scalding. The inside of the property too had not been cleaned properly. The issues were brought to the attention of True Stays, we were rather conveniently fobbed off for the rest of the stay and none of the issues sorted.
