Appartamento curato e confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario, comodo spazio esterno nel giardino, comodo anche per un soggiorno con il cane. Situato in zona residenziale molto tranquilla e vicino alla passeggiata lungolago che consente di arrivare ai lidi e al centro di Peschiera. Il proprietario è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile.Siamo stati benissimo e lo consigliamo.Laura e Marco di Roma

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir Ehepaar mit Hund) waren zwei Wochen im Appartement von Simone und Simona. Sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastfamilie! Beispielsweise hat Simone innerhalb einer Stunde eine tragbares Klimagerät für uns organisiert, da es ein paar Tage sehr heiß wurde. Man kann sich jederzeit mit allen Fragen an die Gastgeber wenden, sie wohnen oben im Haus. Zusätzlich ist die familieneigene Osteria ein paar Häuser weiter sehr zu empfehlen. Entspannter Urlaub mit Hund

Die FeWo war größer als auf den Fotos. Alles super sauber und unser Hund konnte den Garten mit nutzen. Unser Auto konnte kostenfrei abgesperrt auf dem Hof parken. Die Lage ist klasse, in 15 Min. bist du zu Fuß am Hundestrand.

Klasse Wohnung (Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer) und sehr freundlicher Vermieter

Alles zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit! Sauber, Küche, gute Ausstattung, sogar Korkenzieher für Wein und eine Waschmaschine, dass man nicht soviel Gepäck mitnehmen muss, wenn man länger verweilt. Super Lage, schnell am See, Hundestrand in der Nähe (Bracco Baldobeach) und genügend Restaurants zum guten Essen.

Urlaub mit Hund

Lage ist recht nah zum See, abends hört man allerdings auch die Animation vom Campingplatz. Sehr nette Vermieter, sprechen englisch. Im Haus alles soweit vorhanden, bei uns war es die ersten 3 Tage regnerisch und kühl, und damit war das ganze Haus sehr kalt abends. Heizung ging nicht, war ja schon Ende Mai.Mit Hund gab es gar kein Problem, gibt eine Katze auf dem Grundstück, aber problemlos. Was noch zu erwähnen ist: der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist so gut wie gar nicht vorhanden und das Wasser wechselt zwischen heiss und kalt. Ansonsten in der Wohnung alles gut, Bett auch sehr bequem. Ach ja, und es gibt keine deutschen Sender im TV! Aber wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, da viel Sonne schien.

Im Urlaub einfach angekommen und Wohlfühlen

Vermieter sehr freundlich und bemüht,um die Verstäntigung.Die Sicherheit im Objekt ist Top,umzäunt und mit Sicherheits Tor und cout Eingabe versehen, so dass das Auto sicher geparkt ist. Wir hatten unseren kleinen Hund dabei, Objekt sehr Hundefreundlich.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Restaurants und ein Bäcker sowie eine Eisdiele. Die Nähe zum See ca. 500 Meter war auch top. Wir haben sehr Wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren das 1ste Mal am Gardasee und wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und sind sehr gut vom Vermieter informiert worden.Die Wohnung war klasse und das Equipment war vollständig, es fehlte an nichts.Klasse war die Waschmaschine ,die eigentlich eine große Bekleidungsmitnahme unnötig macht.Hilfreich für 2023! Die Wohnung lag in einer ruhigen Strasseund der Strand und die Promade war fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Wir waren begeistert von den vielen kleinen Orten am Gardasee die sich wie an einer Perlenkette aneinander reihten.Schön zum flanieren und zum genießen der mediterranen Küche. Das tolle Osteria ,lag an unserer Strassenecke und ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Fazit: Wir werden gerne anfragen und würden uns freuen , wenn wir im nächsten Jahr dort wieder mit unseren Hund 🐕 Buddy wieder zu Gast sein dürfen.Grazie Mille

Herrlich war es!

Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um auch mal nach Sirmione oder Lazise zu fahren. Wir konnten dort parken und hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Ein toller Urlaub! Und die familieneigene Osteria um die Ecke war auch super lecker!

Wonderful days in Peschiera at Simones Place

We spent wonderful days in a very nice location, quite and with a lovely small garden. Basically everything what you need is there. The Appartement is well equipped. The location is awesome. Only a few minutes to walk to the lake. Good restaurants near by. We will for sure come there again.
