On the ground floor of the owners' house, 60m2 apartment, completely independent, which can accommodate 6 people.
Composed of a living room, open living room / kitchen of 27m2. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, vitro hob and various small appliances) and has plenty of storage. The lounge area includes a sofa bed that can be used as sleeping.
2 bedrooms: a first with a double bed in 160 and a wardrobe and a second bedroom with two twin beds of 90cm and a wardrobe,
a bathroom with walk-in shower and wc, a laundry room with washing machine.
Private garage.
Accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Animals are not allowed.

    Pour la seconde année, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Bayard à Foncine le haut.Marc Aubin est un hôte très sympathique soucieux du bien être des vacanciers.Le logement est beau et très fonctionnel.Son garage dotée d'une porte s'ouvrant par télécommande apporte un confort supplémentaire que nous avons particulièrement apprécié : pouvoir charger ou décharger sa voiture sans se faire mouiller, quel bien-être !!!

    Je recommande ! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés ! J'ai rarement eu l'occasion de louer un logement aussi impeccable. Le logement a été conçu avec intelligence et avec goût, c'est fonctionnel en plus d'être beau et confortable. On ne pouvait pas demander mieux, le propriétaire est très agréable.     Un très bon séjour en famille

    L'appartement est idéal pour un séjour en famille. Situé dans un secteur très calme, proche de sentiers. Il y a énormément de ballades dans les environs.     Chalet en montagne - le calme de la nature

    Le chalet est confortable et offre une ambiance cosy et calme, avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne. Il est parfaitement situé pour les balades, de niveau accessible pour des enfants. Nous avons trouvé beaucoup de choses à faire et à visiter autour du village de Foncine le Haut, sans pour autant faire des kilomètres. Les enfants se sont régalés d'accro-branche, de baignades dans les lacs, et nous avons tous pu admirer de nombreux points de vue. Mr et Mme Aubin sont sympathiques et accueillants, tout en discrétion aussi.
