Tricky to comment as, having paid several months in advance, I never actually got to visit the apartment itself! The host sent through the check-in details at 8.30pm the night before the actual booking, by which time I'd had to find alternative accommodation for my elderly parents and myself as, until the last minute, we didn't know if we'd be able to actually get into the accommodation. Practically non existent communication from the host, despite multiple messages. Vrbo redirected me back to the host for the check-in information; and so the endless loop continued (Vrbo tried called him too). This led to a stressful start to the holiday.
