About this property
Beautiful 16th Century Ty Cerrig Cottage -set in stunning grounds with great vie
Summary:
Our place is close to the beautiful market towns of Llangollen, Ruthin and Betwys-y-Coed. Outstanding views just outside the cottage, great for lovers of Nature..., so many family-friendly activities nearby, including mountains, rivers, lakes, reservoirs, forests and beaches, most within 5 to 50 mins!. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers and families with a kid (kids at a push)
The Space:
Ty Cerrig cottage is south-facing, overlooking the Berwyn Mountains, providing breathtaking views.
There are stunning walks direct from the cottage door including the 32mile Brenig Way.. a Walkers paradise.
Details can be given on arrival.
Inside the cottage is warm and cosy, with everything required for a relaxing retreat. If you do however need to stay connected, there is good WiFi! Please note that there is a spiral staircase up to the second bedroom and that the bathroom/loo is en suite to the master bedroom.
Guest Access:
Guests have full and private use of the cottage together with dedicated parking spaces. The cottage also benefits from a huge garden with table and chairs and BBQ for outdoor dining, weather permitting!
The Neighborhood:
We love living here. The location of Ty Cerrig makes our hearts sing
Getting Around:
Ty Cerrig Cottage is only really accessible by private car. We offer off street parking in front of the cottage.
You will be just a few minutes drive from the A5, the main thoroughfare in North Wales.
Other Things to Note:
The cottage is RURAL but not isolated.
It is surrounded by farmland and any dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all times.
Interaction with Guests:
We live next door, will meet and greet our guests and are generally on hand to offer tips and advice about the local area. Dan offers fresh bread and farm eggs to new guests if your arrival time coincides with baking time!
The nearest local shops are ten minutes away however TESCO will deliver direct to the door if you are staying for more than a few days!
