Located in the heart of the Guadalteba region, this loft apartment has a modern design and is part of an apartment complex.
The house has a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room and an open kitchen with microwave, fridge and hob.
The enclosure has a common room to watch television, a cafeteria and a library, as well as a gym available from 9 am to 10 pm.
On the roof of the building there is also a swimming area with pool and solarium available in spring and summer from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
For reservations of seven or more nights you can use the laundry area, equipped with a washing machine, dryer and iron. It also has a private parking with an additional cost of € 5.50 per day.

La ubicación perfecta justo en el centro del pueblo, con todo tipo de tiendas al lado. La piscina es pequeña pero estupenda y el jacuzzi también muy cómodo. Apartamiento muy tranquilo con muchos detalles. Todo muy limpio y perfecto para hacer el caminito del rey.
