Easy check in, good communication from host. Nice view from balcony. Price was reasonable. 3 issues, there was hair on the wall, shelf and bench in the second bathroom along with mold on the ceiling. The host sent a cleaning person very quickly, unfortunately after they left there was still hair on the wall and mold on the ceiling. Spa tub in master bathroom did not work, the control knobs were cracked and worn. We use a jet tub at home on a regular basis for joint pain, so that was a bummer that it didn’t work. I would use this host again, but not this particular unit.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about St. Lucia 1103. We’re glad check-in was easy, communication was helpful, and you enjoyed the balcony view. We’re sorry the second bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and that the follow-up did not resolve the hair and mold concerns. We also understand how disappointing it was that the spa tub did not work, especially since you rely on it for pain relief. We’ve shared these concerns with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for follow-up. We appreciate your willingness to stay with us again.
