Villa Roca Nova is a two-storey villa. On the ground floor, from the
entrance, you get into the open lounge/dining room with access to the
pool area. The well equipped kitchen has an access to the BBQ area in
the garden. There are one double room with an en suite bathroom with a
bath and a twin bedroom. On this ground floor, there is also a family
bathroom with a shower. A further double bedroom with an en suite
bathroom with a shower has a separate entrance. An external staircase
leads to the fourth room, a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with
a bath and access to the upper sun-terrace overlooking the pool.

Living Room
The living room has a Satellite TV, ornamental fireplace, dining area,
comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to
the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a granite work top, toaster, coffee maker, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
