You will be ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood whilst being in close proximity to central Birmingham. It is also only a short 5 minute walk from the nearest train station. Linen and towels are provided at the beginning of your stay and there is a fast Internet connection throughout. The house has 2 outside parking spaces.

The Space:
This modern and bright home is the perfect place to hang out and relax. Tastefully decorated, featuring comfortable furnishings and modern appliances, the house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen/living space and a utility room. The bedrooms feature comfortable double size beds, with plenty of space to hang your clothes in the wardrobe. One of the two bathrooms also has both a bath and shower.
The living space is perfect for unwinding and putting your feet up, with comfortable sofas, a freeview Tv and plenty of space for family, travel buddies or work colleagues. There are large glass doors that lead out to the generous garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including a fridge/freezer, oven, cooker and washing machine. There are cooking utensils and crockery, cutlery pots and pans etc...everything you need to cook meals at home, plus a dining table to enjoy the fruits of your labour.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the entire house.

The Neighborhood:
A quiet and safe neighbourhood with a community feel. There is a large park just around the corner and supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all within a 5 minute walk. Birmingham city centre is just a 15 minute drive or taxi ride away.

Getting Around:
The train station is just a 5minute walk away, with just a short journey to central Birmingham. If you are driving it will take you less than 15 mins to reach the city centre.

Other Things to Note:
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
