Excellent place, location, and host.

The apartment and building are well maintained. The apartment itself is well organized as shown in the pictures. My family really enjoyed coming “home” every evening to relax for the day. The view of El Salvador volcano and San Salvador are spectacular from the pool area of the building. We will certainly come back “home”.

Excellent Place !

This is a very nice and clean apartment complex The apartment is very nice modern and comfortable You have everything you need to feel at home . I would recommend it. Location is perfect because it’s near restaurants, shopping centers . The only negative thing was the swimming pool not being clean the water was green and couldn’t use it. But will go back next time we visit El Salvador.

The building was nice and the host was communicative. There was plenty of space in the unit. However, the listing will have you believing this is a luxury unit. It is not. There is no hot water, the AC is only moderately functioning, the laundry room is mildewy. The neighborhood is nice but its not walkable.

One down size of the apartment is that it’s in front of the street and you will hear the traffic of cars driving by so it’s a bit noisy
