About this property

This chic, recently refurbished townhouse has a real seaside feel with it's cool decor. Completely new kitchen with modern appliances, spacious lounge leading to your own private terrace and garden. Upstairs there are 2 good sized bedrooms, both complete with their own balconies. The balcony from the twin bedroom has been glassed in to provide a lovely chill out area, ideal for reading and unwinding. The community has an excellent pool area, which is gated just for residents and guests.

Why they chose this property

This property is in a great location. The urbanisation has everything you need to enjoy a family holiday or winter break. With the bus and tram being nearby, you can easily access Campello and surrounding areas without the need for a car.
The property is close to some beautiful seaside locations on the costa blanca, all worth a visit. If you have a car, there is more freedom of movement, however it is not essential.

What makes this property unique

The finish on this property is beautiful. Furnished to a very high standard and fully equipped with modern appliances.
The front garden and terrace is lovely and private and the two upper floor terraces are great for relaxing.
