Relax with the whole family in this tranquil place to stay. Excellent location, with local amenities and just a short bus or tram ride to El Campello. The urbanization has a fantastic communal pool area surrounded by gardens and with mountain views. The house has 2 bedrooms, both with their own balcony, and 2 bathrooms. There is a beautiful sunny terrace ideal for outdoor dining or sunbathing!

The house has two levels, on the ground floor there is a spacious living room with air conditioning, a large enclosed terrace, a bathroom with shower, and a kitchen/dining room. There is also a rear exit door.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one double with balcony and another double with balcony. There is an air conditioning unit in the double bedroom and fans in the other double.

Guests rent the entire space and will have access to the communal gardens and pool. This property is primarily set up for guests.

A evitar ! Casa vieja sin aire todo roto . La puerta no cierra el baño no nada ! Dueños mentirosos! Alejarse de este y todos los departamentos de este dueño !

This is a beautiful location on the edge of El Campello set in the Cala D'or region, surrounded by beach coves and mountains. Just a short walk from the property you will find various amenities, including a mini supermarket, restaurants, bars and even a spa at the local hotel. The property is ideal with a lovely sunny terrace and the bonus of 2 upper balconies off the bedrooms, an ideal place to enjoy a glass of fizz whilst watching the sunset. The communal gardens and pool are very well kept and beautiful, something the whole family can enjoy! The tram is a short walk away and will take you to some of the most beautiful locations on the costa blanca.
