A rapidez de resposta aos contatos. A dimensão das divisões. A localização. A quantidade de equipamentos de aquecimento.
A insonorização poderia ser um pouco melhor nos quartos, ouve - se muito o barulho dos carros durante a noite. A limpeza do chão da casa e da varanda.
