Excellent location to either work or to be on holidays

Location is great, quiet and near to shopping centers and supermarkets. Free parking around the building. Apartment is comfortable and have plenty of light. I try to use the AC one day but it didn't work, fortunately for the rest of the days we didn't need it.

Superó mis expectativas

Todo, buena ubicación, excelentes vistas, eficaz atención telefónica y on line. En recepción del edificio super amables. Estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estancia. Tranquilo. Cercanía de la estación de guaguas y muchos supermercados y servicios próximos. A 10 minutos a pie del centro. La zona es bonita, con el Palmetum, el Auditorio y el complejo Martianez allí mismo. Me ha encantado. Repetiré. Alguna cosa de cocina, como un embudo, un banquito para alcanzar el microondas q está muy alto, un cucharón de madera o silicona, pues el q hay es de un plástico que raya las sartenes y ollas. Mejoraría la calidad del gel y jabón del baño. Deliplus de Mercadona es muy barato y es bastante mejor, por ejemplo. Y por ultimo, quizás seria conveniente poner una cortina o un estor en las ventanas, ya q las persianas son algo endebles y al subirlas o bajarlas cada dia se pueden estropear.

Mi lugar en Santa Cruz

Segunda vez en este apto y posiblemente repetiré. Ubicación excelente para mis necesidades. Zona bien comunicada con muchos servicios. Edificio con recepción/seguridad 24h. Atención super amable y eficiente de todo el equipo Home2book. Apto bien equipado, muy limpio, cama cómoda, armario grande. Cparaon excelentes vistas y muy tranquilo. Para mí ha estado todo bien.
