I had my 60th birthday celebration my families and friends. We stayed at the villa for one week.We had a very pleasant stay at this villa. The property was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it comfortable for both relaxation and daily use. The rooms were nicely furnished, and the beds were comfortable, which made for restful nights.The kitchen was well equipped, and the outdoor area was a great bonus—perfect for enjoying quiet mornings and evenings. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.While our overall experience was excellent, a few small updates or added amenities could make it even better, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. That said, the host was responsive and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth.I would definitely recommend this villa and would happily stay here again.

Outstanding property to accommodate all our needs…great host in Delvin and a great on site staff. Really enjoyed the property and it includes 24 hour security…the place was very clean, and very well managed. Will definitely be staying here again

Great home for a family vacation

House was a great layout for our family of 10 The vip transportation was great. A bit of keeping hot but says they are taking care of that problem. All in all we were satisfied.

Amazing does not say enough!

My group (all 12) had a fantastic time. The villa was nothing short of amazing. Very spacious and very convenient. The amenities were top notch. The indoor and outdoor kitchens were just right. The pool, the jacuzzi, the basketball court, the hot tubs...fantastic addition.Now, as for the property host...if only he could be cloned and placed into every property. Delvin was the host with the most! He ensured that all of our needs were addressed in a very timely manner. He had the answers to every question. The cleaning staff was there every morning. We had 24hr onsite security. Everyone was pleasant, inviting and professional.The only downside spoken was people in the group didn't know how to work the televisions, as they required streaming services. However, some of us figured it out and enjoyed television in the comfort of our rooms...for the brief time we spent in the rooms not sleeping.I have already given rave reviews to my friends who might be interested in visiting the DR as a group of 12.
