This place is a family building, my parents building. It's located in a newer, developing area and is safe and quiet.
What makes this property unique
Walking distance to grocery stores, laundry mats, bus stations and more, are great perks, but what stands out is our views of the ocean, and only a 20 minute walk to get to it.
