The house is located in an elegant residential complex of 10 housing units in Manerba only 400 m far from the famous Romantica beach.
At the entrance there is a spacious kitchen completely furnished with dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. The style of the space has been carefully designed in every detail and the brightness of the rooms guarantees a good living comfort.
In the living room there are 2 white sofas and a TV; here a staircase leads to the upper floor which has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The common theme of all the spaces is the contemporary and cosy style.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. From this floor there is a direct access to the double private garage.
The swimming pool is immersed in a well-kept common space while the villa has a private outdoor area with barbecue, sun loungers, table and chairs for eating outside.
Leaving the residence on foot you can reach in 5 minutes the famous beach "Romantica" with bars, restaurants, ice-cream shops, boats and pedalo rental.
Manerba is an excellent starting point for a day trip to the parks of Lake Garda: Gardaland, Movieland, Caneva water park.
Tourist tax 1.60 euro per day and per person.
It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.
