Large apartment located in the refined and new residential complex "Le Corti Caterina", close to Desenzano del Garda city centre and the lake.

The apartment, easily accessible by lift, enjoys a beautiful covered terrace with a nice view over the pool and the garden.
The spacious living room is furnished with a table and chairs for 5 people, a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with SAT international channels, and also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, fitted with a cooker hob, a fridge, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. The living room has access to the terrace provided with sun lounger, a table with chairs for outdoor relaxing moments.
The apartment, provided with Wi-Fi, continues with the master bedroom with a queen size bed and wasrdrobes. This room, together with the living room, is equipped with air conditioning. A second bedroom completes the sleeping area, furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed.
A full bathroom with shower completes the layout of this comfortable apartment for relaxing holiday at Lake Garda!

The residential complex "Le Corti Caterina", which stands out for its high quality architecture, boasts shared lush gardens and a pool available from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. Swimming cap is required.

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.
In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.
In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.
