Villa Gaia is a bright and sunny two-story villa located on the slope of a hill, facing the sea. It sleeps 18 people. From Villa Gaia you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of Santa Maria di Castellabate and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon. Villa Gaia is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from the historical center of Castellabate, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Pozzillo Beach) at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach Villa Gaia from the parking area along a route that cuts through the patio.
To stay at Villa Gaia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 11.5 meters (37 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.50 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea. The pool is open all year round, although it is not heated.
Patio
The patio is 160 square meters (1720 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a small sofa, two armchairs and benches and with tables, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the swimming pool.
Garden
The garden is 700 square meters (7500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive and lemon trees. It is equipped with deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a lovely view of the swimming pool and of the sea.
Parking
The parking space is suitable for six cars.

The living room is paved with lucid green tiles. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include three sofas and an armchair. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room also has a large panoramic arched window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
